How it works

  1. 01

    Collect your links

Any mix of normal videos, Shorts and live stream replays. One link per line, or separated by commas or spaces: the box tidies them up and removes duplicates.

  2. 02

    Paste them all at once

Switch to the Many links tab and paste the whole list. A free account takes 10 links per run; credit packs take 50, 100 or 250 depending on the pack.

  3. 03

    Download the whole batch

Every transcript appears in its own row. Download them together as a ZIP of TXT or SRT files, or as one Excel or CSV sheet with a row per video.

Why use Free YT Bulk Transcripts

Up to 250 videos in one run

Starter handles 50 links per run, Creator 100 and Pro 250. Bigger lists just take a few runs, and credits never expire.

Failed videos cost nothing

1 credit per transcript we actually deliver. Videos with no captions, private or deleted videos and broken links are listed in the results and cost you nothing.

One sheet for the whole batch

Excel and CSV give one row per video with the title, link, word count and full text — or one row per caption line with start and end times, ready to sort and filter.

A priority fast lane

Credit packs run on a separate fast lane, so a long list isn't held up behind free traffic. Speed still depends on YouTube, so we don't promise a set time.

Frequently asked questions

How many YouTube transcripts can I download at once?

A free account takes 10 links per run. Credit packs raise that to 50 links per run on Starter, 100 on Creator and 250 on Pro. There's no limit on how many runs you do, and credits never expire.

Do I need a playlist, or can I paste separate video links?

Either works. This page is for a list of separate links: paste them one per line and they run together. If your videos are already in a playlist or on one channel, paste that link instead and we'll read the videos for you.

What happens to videos that have no captions?

They're listed in the results marked "No captions" and they don't use a credit. You only pay for transcripts that are actually delivered.

Can I download all the transcripts as one file?

Yes. Download the batch as one Excel or CSV sheet with a row per video, or as a ZIP containing a separate TXT, SRT, VTT, Markdown or JSON file for each video.

Is bulk downloading faster than doing videos one by one?

Yes, because the videos are fetched together rather than one after another, and credit packs use a priority fast lane. Actual speed depends on YouTube and how many videos have captions.

Will pasting a long list get me blocked?

No. Normal bulk use is expected and well within the limits. The site only slows down automated scripts that send far more requests than a person could.
